1. Introduction

Accessing or registering on the site confirms acceptance of these Terms. Amendments require renewed user approval. Maltese law applies. The English text is authoritative.

2. Eligibility

Accounts are permitted only in approved jurisdictions. Users from the USA, Israel, the UK, Jersey, Guernsey, and Isle of Man are excluded. Minimum age: 18 (21 in Estonia). Verification may be required.

3. Player Responsibilities

Users must ensure legality of play, accept financial risk, and use only legitimate personal funds. Fraud, third-party account use, and collusion are prohibited. Login security is the user’s responsibility.

4. Account Registration and Access

Only one account per person, household, device, email, IP, and payment method. Accurate personal data is required. VPN or location masking may lead to account blocking.

5. Verification

KYC checks apply to all depositing players. Identity must be verified once withdrawals reach EUR 2,000. Missing or false documents may result in suspension or forfeiture.

6. User Funds

Users select a currency at registration. No interest is paid on balances.

7. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits must come from personal, lawful accounts. Chargebacks may lead to closure. Withdrawals may be delayed pending security checks.

8. Refunds

All wagers are final. Refunds are only possible in exceptional circumstances within five business days.

Withdrawals are made from the Real Money Balance. Withdrawing before bonus wagering completion voids bonus funds. Daily winning limit: EUR 100,000.

11. Complimentary Points

Points accrue by play volume, have monthly caps, and expire after 90 days of inactivity. Maximum payout limits apply to point-derived winnings.

12. Inactive Accounts

After 12 months of inactivity, a monthly EUR 5 fee applies. At 30 months, the account becomes dormant.

13. Account Closure by User

Users may request closure. Remaining real funds are withdrawable; bonuses are forfeited.

14. Account Closure by Company

Accounts may be closed at company discretion, especially in cases of suspicious activity.

15. Responsible Gaming

Limits and self-exclusion tools are available. Circumvention voids winnings and triggers blocking.

16. Personal Information

Users consent to necessary data processing. Data may be shared with authorities or providers when legally required.

17. Customer Support

Support available via live chat and email. Abusive behaviour may result in account termination.

18. Complaints and Disputes

Complaints must be submitted within six months. Unresolved cases may be referred to eCOGRA or MGA.
